Floor Maintenance – The process of extending the life of your VCT(vinyl composite tile), LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), wood flooring, Terrazzo, Marble and Granite by adding an additional layer of protection, increasing the resistance to scuff marks and utilization damage while enhancing the overall aesthetic.
Scrubbing – The process of removing any debris that has become embedded in the floor. This process will also remove a few layers of wax. (Also known as Deep Scrubbing or Top Scrubbing)
Buffing– The process of smoothing and glossing your floor restoring its luster and shine.
Carpet Shampooing – The use of a carpet extractor to inject carpeted surface with a cleaning agent mixed with water that is then immediately sucked back into the machine removing any stains, debris and in special cases odor
Carpet Encapsulating – The process of removing stains, debris and in special cases odor using a cleaning solution that includes an acrylic polymer. This is unique because water is not necessary. The polymers break down the debris’ bond with the carpet, which can later be vacuumed.
Grout Restoration – The process of cleaning and repairing the appearance of dirty and/or stained grout lines. An additional impregnator treatment can be added to continue protecting the grout actively repelling potential dirt and/or stains

LVT Flooring
Luxury printed vinyl tile is made to look like natural materials. Highly durable and good for heavy foot traffic.
Carpet
Thick woven fabric that is made of soft materials such as polyester fibers, wool and nylon.
Laminate Flooring
Luxury printed vinyl tile is made to look like natural materials. Highly durable and good for heavy foot traffic.
Concrete Flooring
Concrete floors can be polished smooth or textured to provide traction.
Hardwood Flooring
Manufactured from timber that is readily available and very hard.
Tile Flooring
Available in ceramic and porcelain. Easy to keep clean and very customizable.
VCT Flooring
Vinyl composition tile is a non-porous material. This makes it a good solution for areas that are susceptible to moisture.
